To join the APHC, fill out the form below and click on the "Send it!" button. The club Prez or VP will send you an e-mail and tell you where to send your dues. Dues are $25.00 per person per year the first year and $20.00 per year thereafter.

After we receive your dues, we'll send you a Welcome Aboard package with information about the club and some goodies for you to help proclaim that you're a Parrot Head.
